QRONOZ Limited Warranty
Effective Date: August 27, 2026
This QRONOZ Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) applies to eligible QRONOZ hardware products purchased from QRONOZ or an authorized seller.
1. Standard Limited Warranty
Eligible QRONOZ products include a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.
Registration is not required to receive the standard 1-year limited warranty.
Proof of purchase may be required to obtain warranty service.
2. Extended Limited Warranty
Eligible QRONOZ products may receive extended limited warranty coverage of up to 5 years in total when successfully registered within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
The total warranty period is measured from the original purchase date, not the registration date.
For example, an eligible product successfully registered within 30 calendar days may receive:
1-year standard limited warranty + 4 additional years of extended limited warranty = up to 5 years total coverage from the original purchase date.
Product registration may require information including:
- Product model
- Product identifier or MAC address
- Purchase date
- Retailer or seller
- Order information or proof of purchase
- Customer contact information
3. What This Limited Warranty Covers
During the applicable warranty period, QRONOZ warrants that the covered hardware product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty coverage applies to defects attributable to the covered QRONOZ hardware product and is subject to the exclusions and conditions described below.
4. What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, or failure resulting from:
- Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Improper installation or use contrary to product instructions
- Unauthorized modification, alteration, or repair
- Physical damage caused by external equipment or components
- Power surges, liquid exposure, fire, extreme environmental conditions, or other external causes
- Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect product functionality
- Loss, corruption, or recovery of data
- Problems caused by third-party hardware, software, network infrastructure, cabling, or services
- Products for which identifying information has been altered or removed to the extent that QRONOZ cannot reasonably verify warranty eligibility
- Other conditions not attributable to a defect in QRONOZ materials or workmanship
Nothing in this section excludes coverage where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
5. How to Request Warranty Service
If you believe your QRONOZ product has a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, contact QRONOZ Support at:
Please be prepared to provide:
- Product model
- Proof of purchase
- Purchase date
- Description of the issue
- Relevant troubleshooting information
- Other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim
QRONOZ may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps before approving a return or other warranty service.
Do not return a product to QRONOZ unless QRONOZ Support provides return authorization or instructions.
6. Warranty Remedy
If QRONOZ confirms that a product has a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, QRONOZ will, at its option and subject to applicable law:
- Repair the covered product; or
- Replace the covered product with the same or a functionally equivalent product.
Where repair or replacement is not reasonably available, QRONOZ may, at its discretion, provide another appropriate remedy, including a refund where appropriate or where required by applicable law.
Replacement products or components may be new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability where permitted by applicable law.
7. Warranty Shipping
If QRONOZ confirms that a product has a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, QRONOZ will cover reasonable standard shipping costs associated with the approved warranty service.
QRONOZ may provide:
- A prepaid shipping label
- Shipping reimbursement instructions
- Another approved return-shipping method
Customers should follow the shipping instructions provided by QRONOZ Support.
If a returned product is determined not to have a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, shipping costs may remain the responsibility of the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Amazon and Other Retailer Returns
Retailer return and refund policies are separate from this Limited Warranty.
If you purchased your QRONOZ product through Amazon, returns and refunds during Amazon’s applicable return period are subject to Amazon’s then-current return and refund policies.
If you purchased through another authorized retailer, that retailer’s applicable return and refund policies will govern retailer-managed returns.
After the applicable retailer return period has ended, eligible warranty claims may be handled under this QRONOZ Limited Warranty.
9. Data and Other Property
QRONOZ is not responsible for backing up or recovering data stored on computers, network-attached storage systems, servers, or other devices used with a QRONOZ product.
Before sending any product or system component for service, customers are responsible for protecting or backing up their data where applicable.
10. Limitation of Certain Damages
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QRONOZ is not responsible under this Limited Warranty for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of use, loss of business, or lost profits.
Some states or jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Implied Warranties and Consumer Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any treatment or limitation of implied warranties is subject to applicable federal and state law.
